Sale Return Policy

All Sales Final on compression stockings, pillows, cushions, lift chairs, orthotics, bulk discount orders and special order items. All other items must be in original packaging, in resalable condition, within 30 days with original receipt otherwise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or rental charges (if applicable). Items paid by cash may be refunded by company check.

Rental Return Policy

Rentals are to be returned by closing of the business day that they are due back on. Should the return date fall on Sunday or an observed holiday, return the following business day by closing is acceptable and no additional fees will be imposed. Items are considered to be on rental and charged for based on time out of our possession not based on item usage. Please closely inspect the rental equipment that is being provided to you by Gammie HomeCare. Should you find any problems with the equipment or find that it does not work properly, it is your responsibility to IMMEDIATELY contact our office and alert us to your concerns. It is our desire to provide you with clean, properly functioning equipment that fulfills your needs.

If the equipment provided does not do this we need to hear from your right away so we can do our best to fix the problem for you or to properly adjust rental charges, as needed. Rental charge adjustments will only be considered from the time that we receive a trouble call. If you do not call us, it is fair to believe that the equipment provided is working properly.

After hours concerns can be phoned in to our main number. If you have an equipment failure with oxygen, suction, wound pumps or low air loss mattress products our on-call personnel with follow up with you within 20 minutes of your call and deem if replacement equipment is warranted immediately. If you have equipment failure with other types of our rental equipment, please call our main number. Your call will be returned within 20 minutes and our on-call personnel will troubleshoot the equipment. If unable to be fixed by phone, our on-call personnel will respond no later than noon the following day.
